Community guidelines
- Be kind. Disagree with ideas, never attack people. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
- Protect privacy. Never post another person's private details — names of private individuals, addresses, phone numbers, photos or screenshots of private messages. Use "Not just me" to privately report a specific person.
- Honest reviews only. Review businesses and professional services you actually used. No fake reviews, no reviews of your own business or competitors, no paid reviews.
- Experience, not prescriptions. Share what worked for you, but don't give medical, legal or financial instructions as if they apply to everyone.
- No selling or spam. No MLM, crypto schemes, "spell casters", sugar-daddy offers or job listings that ask applicants to pay.
- Safety first. Don't pressure anyone to meet, share contact details or send money.
Using TrustFem
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- You're responsible for what you post. By posting you give TrustFem permission to display it on the site; you keep ownership and can delete it.
- We can remove content or accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
- TrustFem is not an emergency service. Safety check-ins depend on email delivery and on your device and internet connection, and may fail. Always call local emergency services if you are in danger.
- Guides and community content are general information, not professional advice.
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TrustFem is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from content posted by members.
Reporting
Use the Report links on posts, reviews, listings and messages. Serious concerns can also be emailed to us. If you believe content defames you or infringes your rights, email us with the link and we will review it promptly.
